When you interact with Syntheora, we collect certain information to provide and improve our generative audio services:
- Account Information: Your email address, username, authentication identifiers (e.g. Google OAuth tokens), and subscription tier.
- Audio & Voice Data: Audio clips you upload for voice cloning or Speech-to-Speech conversion, as well as text inputs submitted for Text-to-Speech (TTS) synthesis.
- Transaction & Billing Data: Payment details handled through our PCI-DSS certified payment processors (Razorpay and Stripe). We do not store raw credit card numbers or banking PINs on our servers.
- Usage Analytics & Diagnostics: Browser type, operating system, IP address, API response times, and generation metadata (character count, latency, format) for performance optimization.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process collected data exclusively for lawful purposes, including:
- Synthesizing and streaming requested voice, speech, and musical audio files.
- Maintaining and calculating your real-time generation credit quota.
- Managing active subscriptions, invoicing, and billing renewals via Razorpay/Stripe.
- Detecting fraudulent activity, unauthorized deepfake abuse, and Terms violations.
- Communicating critical service updates, feature additions, and responding to support tickets.
3. AI Voice Cloning & Biometric Safeguards
Voice embeddings created during our voice cloning pipeline represent unique mathematical representations of acoustic properties. We adhere to rigorous security standards:

- Your voice embeddings are strictly private and accessible only under your authenticated user session.
- Voice clones cannot be accessed, shared, or cloned by other platform users without your explicit authorization.
- When you delete a cloned voice profile from your dashboard, the underlying voice embedding tensor is permanently purged from our databases.
