Please review these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Syntheora website, AI audio generation engines, voice cloning tools, and API services operated by Syntheora ("we", "us", or "our").
Commercial Rights Included
Paid plans (Starter, Creator, Pro) grant you full perpetual commercial rights to monetize all generated voices and audio across any media.
Ethical Voice Cloning
You must have lawful rights and verifiable consent for any custom voice recordings uploaded for neural acoustic cloning.
Transparent Subscriptions
Manage your subscription with flexible autopay. Cancel anytime directly from your account settings without penalty.
1. Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing our website, creating an account, or interacting with our APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of Syntheora.
2. Account Registration & Security
- You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to notify Syntheora immediately at support@syntheora.com upon suspecting any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Ethical AI Policy & Prohibited Conduct
Syntheora is committed to responsible generative AI technology. You strictly agree NOT to use our services to:
- Unauthorized Cloning: Clone or synthesize the voice of any individual without their explicit, verifiable written consent.
- Deceptive Impersonation: Create deceptive audio deepfakes intended for financial fraud, extortion, defamation, or political misinformation.
- Harmful Content: Generate hate speech, violence incitement, harassment, or non-consensual sexually explicit content.
- System Abuse: Reverse-engineer, scrape, or perform denial-of-service attacks on our API endpoints and model weights.
Violation of our Ethical AI Policy will result in immediate permanent account termination and potential legal referral without entitlement to any refund.
4. Ownership & Commercial Licensing
Free Sandbox Tier:
Outputs generated under the Free Sandbox tier are for personal evaluation and non-commercial testing purposes only. Commercial monetization is not permitted.
Starter, Creator, and Pro Tiers (Paid):
You retain 100% full commercial ownership and licensing rights to all audio files, voice tracks, transcripts, and music clips synthesized during an active paid subscription. You may monetize generated audio on YouTube, podcasts, games, advertisements, audiobooks, and client deliverables worldwide in perpetuity.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Credit Allocations
- Credit Allocations: Each subscription tier provides a dedicated monthly credit allowance that resets at the start of every billing cycle.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the specified interval (Monthly or Annual) via Razorpay/Stripe until canceled by the user.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your access and remaining credits will continue until the end of your paid billing period.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Syntheora and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from the use or inability to use our AI generation engine.
